Formula 1 - Refund FAQs

We’re sorry that you’re considering taking a refund on your Formula 1 2021 camping booking. As you may have heard, it wasn’t possible for us to be included in Silverstone’s Pilot Event and as such, we have had to change the way Woodlands operates in line with the latest Government COVID-19 guidelines. We’re really sad to be unable to bring you the usual entertainment over F1 this year, but are happy that we are able to open at all, and welcome all our campers back following the cancellation in 2020. If you’d still like a refund, please read on for all of the information required.

 

Why can’t I transfer my booking to 2022? 
We’ve had some customers bookings for over two years now, and as the event is going ahead this year our booking system doesn’t allow us to roll over unused tickets to 2022. All customers that held tickets for the 2021 event will have priority access to tickets for the 2022 event. Keep your eyes peeled for an email for more details.  

How long will my refund take?
We aim to have all orders refunded within 4 weeks of Monday 19th July. You can check whether your tickets have been refunded by logging into your Eventbrite account. Once the refund has been actioned by Eventbrite you will receive an email confirmation to the address used at the time of booking. 

When do I have to request my refund by? 
The last day to request a refund for your booking is Monday 19th July 2021. You can request a refund by clicking the button below and filling out our refund request form.  

Can I have a partial refund on the booking? 
You will only be able to request a refund on your whole booking via the refund form, if you need a refund on part of your booking but not all tickets, you’ll need to get in touch with us via email here.

When can I book for 2022? 
Tickets for 2022’s F1 will be on sale soon. Keep an eye out for emails from us, and on our social media for updates. You can sign up to our newsletter here.

I have a glamping booking, how do I manage it? 
You’ll need to contact Hotel Bell Tent or Perfectly Pitched directly to discuss your booking with them further.

My card details have changed since booking, how do I change where my order is refunded to? 
We’re unable to process a refund on to a different card than the one that was used to make the booking. If your account is closed, and you have other accounts with the same bank or card issuer, the funds should automatically be allocated into one of your accounts. This may take a little longer than usual as it is a manual process so please allow some time for this to happen. If the account is closed and you have no other accounts with that bank, then the funds will be held securely by them. You will be able to call them and explain what has happened and they will release the funds to an account of your choice.
