Silverstone Woodlands Black Friday 2020 Terms and Conditions

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. By entering this competition, you hereby release them from any and all liability associated with the promotion. 

1.    To be eligible for entry to the competition and to receive a free merchandise bundle you must:

a.    Order tickets for an event that is on sale through our website (www.silverstonewoodlands.co.uk) from 00:01 on Friday 27th November 2020 and 23:59 on Monday 30th November 2020. 

b.    Be a UK resident; and

c.    18 years old or over at the time of entry. 

2.    Competitions and giveaways are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Silverstone Woodlands.

3.    No responsibility can be accepted for bookings that are not received for any reason. 

4.    At the time of booking, a full and valid UK Mainland address must be entered during the booking process. If an address is not provided, or is incomplete, the merchandise bundle will not be sent. 

5.    Silverstone Woodlands reserves the right to refuse to send a merchandise bundle to any address outside of the UK Mainland.

6.    The giveaway and competition entry will be limited to one per household. Any entries or multiple bookings over and above this will be discounted.

7.    The merchandise bundle will be posted at the earliest possible date. Customers will not be notified of this date.

8.    The competition winner will receive the full order value refunded onto the card they placed the order with. The winner will be selected at random by a judging representative of Silverstone Woodlands. 

9.    Silverstone Woodlands reserves the right to change the end date of competitions and giveaways at any time & without prior notice. 

10.  The winner will be notified within 5 working days by email on the address provided during the booking process. The winner must reply within 48 hours to claim the prize, if there is no response, Silverstone Woodlands reserves the right to redraw and offer the prize to another entrant. The order refund will be processed within 10 working days of confirmation from the chosen winner. 

11. Any order cancelled within 14 days will not receive the merchandise bundle.

12. To be eligible to receive the merchandise order must include at least 1no. per person ticket.

13.  The prize is non-transferrable to events other than those specified and on sale during the period advertised. 

14.  The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. 

15.  Silverstone Woodlands reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
